消促會提3訴求 10／9夜宿凱道抗爭

【本報台北訊】屏東明揚國際工廠大火造成4名消防員殉職，消防工作權益促進會昨至行政院抗議，指政院在災後從未與消防基層討論改革方向，並提出包括增加公安責任、修訂《公務人員安全及衛生防護辦法》，及組成消防員工會等3大訴求。消促會指出，計畫升級抗爭，於10月9日夜宿凱道，呼籲政院落實與基層對話。

此外，內政部擬修正《消防法》強化消防職業安全制度，至於業者違法是否納入刑責，將與法務部討論，未來不排除與消防基層溝通。
