油價下跌 沙俄將持續減產

【本報綜合外電報導】沙烏地阿拉伯和俄羅斯四日雙雙表示，石油減產行動將維持到年底。

彭博資訊報導，石油輸出國組織與夥伴國（OPEC+）的兩大領袖國，四日分別發布了持續減產的官方聲明。沙烏地將繼續每日減產一百萬桶到年底，下個月會再次檢討此政策；俄國則每日減少出口三十萬桶，同樣持續到年底。

沙烏地阿拉伯七月首度實施額外的自願減產，九月時表示將持續減產到年底，但會按月檢討政策。

全球原油需求寫歷史最高之際，沙烏地和俄國不斷箝制供給，促使布蘭特原油價格上周逼近每桶一百美元（約新台幣三千二百三十元）。但漲勢近日降溫，四日回檔至近九十美元（約新台幣兩千九百元）。主要是跡象顯示，油價飆漲使聯準會（Fed）將利率升至更高。
