設前瞻建設資訊網 供全民監督

【本報台北訊】國家發展委員所建置的「前瞻基礎建設計畫施政亮點資訊網」上線，可供民眾以縣市別查詢家鄉前瞻建設。國發會副主委高仙桂表示，網頁建置經費為150萬元，這不是大內宣，是讓人民監督政府是否有發揮前瞻預算效益。

國民黨立院黨團總召曾銘宗批評前瞻不前瞻，未把國家經濟升級僅是大撒幣，製造蚊子館，是錯誤的政策，建相關的網站純為大內宣。

高仙桂表示，政府預算本來就應該公開透明受檢視，建置前瞻基礎建設計畫施政亮點資訊網，讓社會各階層清楚檢視前瞻效益。前瞻基礎建設目前已編列4期特別預算約7698億元，完成許多前瞻性建設。
