大陸房企再爆雷 中駿集團違約581億

【本報綜合報導】中國大陸房企中駿集團4日於港交所公告，由於無法依據2021年3月22日簽訂的銀團貸款協議，支付已到期本息共6100萬美元，因此4筆約18億美元（約新台幣581億元）的境外優先票據，將於10月5日起暫停交易。

綜合各家媒體4日報導，繼大陸房產巨賈恒大與碧桂園等相繼爆雷後，在港股上市的上海房企中駿集團，4日也發布債務違約公告。

至於陷入債務違約的原因，中駿集團表示，自2021年下半年以來，大陸房產業面臨前所未有的挑戰，加上經營環境日益惡化及融資困難，許多民營房企面臨資金流動吃緊的情況。集團已實施不同措施以減輕流動性資金壓力。
