Q2購屋痛苦指數季增0.1倍 民眾買房要10年不吃不喝

【本報台北訊】內政部昨日公布今年第2季房價所得比（又稱購屋痛苦指數）為9.82倍，季增0.1倍，年增0.13倍，等於全國民眾買房平均要近10年不吃不喝。

另外，第2季全國住宅價格指數為130.8，指數續創新高，季增1.51%，已連20季上升，年增5.51%，6都指數也都創新高。內政部表示，住宅價格指數年增率從去年第2季超過1成，年增率連續4季下修，房價漲勢明顯收斂趨緩，市況呈現「量縮價微漲」。

內政部也公布第2季房貸負擔率為42.09%，季增0.9個百分點，負擔能力在「偏低」等級。
