台經院估 明年經濟成長3.15%

【本報台北訊】台灣經濟研究院昨舉辦「2024年景氣展望與產業趨勢研討會」，發布最新經濟成長率預測，再次下修2023年經濟成長率為1.43%，估2024年成長率達3.15%。

台經院院長張建一表示，影響明年景氣復甦最大不確定因素是通膨，台灣景氣要完整且全面性復甦，預估要等到明年上半年，應會呈現「U型復甦」，但Ｕ型底部會持續稍微久一點。

張建一指出，明年景氣復甦，也需要觀察美國利率政策，但目前觀察美國的高利率政策會再持續一段時間，這會使得支出價格變高，影響消費者支出意願，進而衝擊全球貿易。

台經院景氣預測中心主任孫明德則以「長新冠」形容接下來的經濟情勢，2024年經濟將受到美中兩大經濟體分別面臨消費及投資的不利因素困擾，呈現「美中不足」。
