北市租金前10高商辦 都在信義區

根據台北市地政局租金實價揭露，台北市今年租金前10高的商辦都在信義區，以國泰置地廣場38樓、每月每坪4830元最高；地標建築台北101大樓實價揭露其中1筆69樓，以4804元排名第2。

組團赴陸 政府2套說法挨轟

交通部先前宣布，明年3月將解除赴陸禁團令，陸委會卻稱初期以每日200人為限，政府2套說法引發旅行業界反彈。交通部長王國材表示，會參考業者準備或攬客情形，規畫相關細節。
