出生僅8天 女嬰感染腸病毒

【本報台北訊】腸病毒急診就診人次雖然下降，並且低於流行閾值，但仍出現一名出生僅8天的女嬰，感染腸病毒出現重症。疾管署防疫醫師林詠青昨表示，南部出生8天大女嬰為今年腸病毒最小重症個案，感染克沙奇A6型腸病毒併發重症，出現全身性癲癇發作及心律不整情形等症狀。

林詠青說，8天大女嬰出生時沒有異常，但是同住家人在女嬰發病前後確診腸病毒，不排除是在嬰兒室接觸女嬰。女嬰在出生7天後出現全身癲癇、呼吸急促、心跳過快、心律不整、疱疹性咽峽炎等，醫師研判是感染腸病度併發重症，後續確認感染克沙奇A6型。女嬰住院後病況穩定9天轉出加護病房，腦部檢查也沒有異常，後續再一般病房3天後，健康狀況良好已經出院。

依據疾管署監測資料顯示，上周全國腸病毒門急診就診計8831人次，較前1周下降7.9%。
