久占停車格 台中熱點路段將收費

【本報台中訊】台中市共有五萬八百四十九席路邊停車格，其中有二萬四千六百七十四格車位未納收費管理，部分常遭長期占用，經交通局盤點、評估供需狀況後，針對其中一萬二千三百五十六格周轉率低、使用需求高的路邊車格，以漸進式納入停車收費管理，提高周轉率，增加停車空間。

台中市交通局長葉昭府指出，將滾動檢討各區停車供需，針對停車熱點路段，納入路邊停車收費；霧峰、大里區等部分路段規畫收費停車後，提升公有車格使用成效。

徐姓市民為，「使用者付費」合情合理，但若鄰近住家真有停車需求，市府也可考量在特定時段暫停收費，提供當地便民福利。

葉昭甫說，將持續設置路邊停車格，並規範路邊停車秩序，推動路邊停車格納入收費管理，防範久停占用、增加停車格位周轉率，也建議民眾下載「台中交通網APP」，查詢附近停車格資訊，節省時間。
