滙豐 降港今年GDP預測至3.3%

【本報綜合報導】滙豐研究報告表示，香港第3季經濟疲軟、利空持續，今年經濟增長預測由4.3%調降至3.3%，明年則由3.2%降至2.8%，但2025年預測由2.5%升至2.8%。

報告指出，香港樓市融資成本上升和需求疲弱，即使近期放寬樓市政策可能是利多，但只有在美國聯準會開始降息後，才能帶來更明顯的效果，但最新估計美國可能在明年第6季降息。

滙豐研究預料，香港樓價短期內跌勢未止，明年上半年料續跌5%，隨後有望趨穩。
