現年96歲的黃美芳女士，經由藝術陶養身心，筆下不論堅毅的梅花、恣意高歌的公雞，無不顯露其過人的領悟力及豐富的情感。

書即畫、畫即心、心即理，書畫非僅是技與藝的呈現，更是修身養性最佳途徑。黃女士透過作品分享自己心靈涵養和長壽之道，並鼓勵高齡者能學習活到老學到老的精神，享受快樂的學習體驗。
