【本報綜合報導】台灣四面環海，海邊垃圾清不勝清，行政院二○二○年統籌各部會編列六十五億餘元預算，推「向海致敬」計畫，四年過去海岸髒亂依舊，學者直言，政府應搞清楚垃圾來源才能達到淨海目標。

觀察新北北海岸消波塊周邊、沙灘皆可見垃圾，美麗海岸蒙塵。往北來到基隆市外木山大武崙沙灘，保麗龍、飲料罐、塑膠碎片、漂流木相當煞風景，大雨或颱風過後便滿目瘡痍，民眾反映盼以科技執法遏止亂丟行為。
