境外資金匯回 創造投資1757億

【本報台北訊】美中貿易戰之際，政府協助台商調整全球布局、引導資金回流，端出境外資金匯回專法，提供2年租稅優惠。財政部表示，專法共引導資金實際匯回3351億元，已創造國內投資1757億元，仍持續增加，國庫稅收也進帳292億元。

為協助台商因應美中貿易戰調整全球布局，並引導資金回流挹注產業及金融市場，台灣自2019年8月15日施行境外資金匯回管理運用及課稅條例（海外資金專法），提供為期2年的短期租稅措施，2021年8月16日申請期限已屆滿。

依據專法，實施後第1年匯回資金，以8%課徵，實施第2年匯回，稅率提高至10%；若用於實質投資，稅率可各減半為4%及5%，免依一般營所稅率20%課徵。
