高科技育才 國科會5年投156億元

【記者吳亭頤台北報導】國家科學及技術委員會於昨日行政院會中，報告「國科會持續精進高科技人才培育措施」，國科會指出，今年加碼投入新台幣20.5億元，以「激勵優秀研究人員」、「助攻博士科研」及「營造友善科研環境」3大重點，精進高科技人才培育。預計2024年至2028年5年內，將加碼156.6億元。

以激勵優秀研究人員為例，國科會指出，自8月起，調升研究計畫人員主持費，每人每月提高至2萬元，每年約1.6萬人受惠，研究計畫專任助理調薪4%。

國科會指出，未來持續以建構科研人才生態系統的思惟，依科研職涯階段支持不同世代科研人才，預計今年至2028年將加碼156.6億元，期厚植科研人才基礎，強化研究量能。
