北台灣去年推案 年減12%

住展雜誌統計，2023年北台灣住宅推案量約1.1兆元，年減12.1%，創近4年來最低；其中以基隆年減52.9%衰退最多，台北、宜蘭不降反增，分別年增8.7%及36%。

7基金經理人跟單 不法獲利4億

4家投信顧問公司共7名前基金經理人，涉嫌於2017至2023年間，以人頭戶跟單方式，提前買賣標的股票，合計不法獲利近4億元。新北地檢署發動搜索、約談，7人複訊後分別諭知交保。
