【創作花園】搗麻糬

上周四，我們在家裡體驗搗麻糬。

首先，叔叔倒入一點沙拉油在木臼中，再將煮熟的糯米倒進去。接著三個人一組，輪流體驗，當其中一人在搗麻糬時，另外兩個人要緊緊的壓著底部，木臼才不會從桌上掉下來。

當我拿起木杵開始搗麻糬時，我發現糯米很黏，在搗的過程中很像在用力敲打米。搗了一段時間，香Q麻糬出爐了，吃下一口，真是美味啊！

我好喜歡搗麻糬，希望下次還可以體驗搗麻糬的樂趣！
