良言一句三冬暖

惡言半句六月寒



有人說：「金玉良言，擁有讓人幸福的力量。」恭維的話，會讓人心花怒放；負向的語言或不當的玩笑話應少說為是，以免傷人而不自知。

說話是一生的功課，善美的言語也是一種修行。星雲大師說：「一句話給人受用的功德，是無量無邊的。」佛經亦云：「惡口如毒箭，著物則破傷。」並教導我們： 「一句偈的功德，勝過三千大千世界的奇珍異寶。」
