高齡縣孤老多 台東居冠

【本報綜合報導】台灣獨居近10年翻倍，台東、花蓮、澎湖、基隆、雲林被列為孤老前5，台東更是全台高齡獨居率第1。台東縣府表示，提供社區關懷據點、食堂與文化健康站等措施；花蓮縣將獨居老人分級與列冊，聘社工到宅關懷。澎湖對獨居老人首推「小太陽計畫」，由專人前往煮飯慶生。雲林縣對中低收入的獨居老人免費裝定位器，提供緊急救援處置，降低生活風險。

台東社會處表示，為營造高齡友善環境，提供92個社區關懷據點、12處聚福食堂、103個文化健康站，另向中央爭取1億元改建樂齡社福大樓。此外，今年加碼60歲以上長者免費配老花眼鏡，及獨居老人關懷訪視。

花蓮縣每4.5人就有1人高齡獨居，占全國第2，縣府將獨居老人分級關懷及列冊，依風險類別聘專責志工定期訪視，對於獨居且經濟或健康不佳，提供相關長照及物資協助，至今開案服務超過200案。
