學者建議 解除強制通報隔離

【本報台北訊】新冠疫情連5天較上周下降，昨新增2萬3893例本土個案，較上周三下降約2成4；2月7日起已不再對自中國大陸入境者實施唾液採檢，境外移入個案仍高居不下，昨仍新增347例。指揮中心醫療應變組副組長羅一鈞表示，近期境外移入個案，以春節出國旅遊、返國後發病者較多，提醒民眾出國仍要做好防疫措施。

台大公衛流病與預醫所教授陳秀熙昨表示，Xbb.1.5和BQ1.1為目前兩大主流，可預期流行波會愈來愈小。陳秀熙指出，美國研究顯示，雖然實際感染數可能是通報數的4倍，但6成確診者不需就醫，存活率也能維持99％以上。

陳秀熙建議，在維持中重症監視的前提下，首先應可解除無症狀和輕症的「強制通報」，並以自主防疫措施，取代現行強制隔離。例如輕症戴口罩1周、接觸脆弱族群前做快篩、居家症狀監測2到3天等。當總死亡率恢復至疫情前相當，或群體免疫達到70%，可望迎向更全面的降級解封。
