管顧巨擘麥肯錫 將裁員2000人

【本報綜合外電報導】彭博（Bloomberg News）21日報導，全球管理顧問巨擘麥肯錫公司（McKinsey）計畫裁員2000人。

法新社引述彭博報導，這將是麥肯錫有史以來規模最大的裁員之一。麥肯錫目前員工總數為4.5萬，而5年前僅為2.8萬。

彭博援引匿名消息人士報導，裁員人數仍可能有變動，這次裁員預計主要針對與客戶沒有直接互動的行政人員。

麥肯錫近100年前在芝加哥成立，目前在130多個國家設有據點，2021年營收破紀錄，達到150億美元，2022年再創新高。多年來的快速成長經過疫情期間數位化轉型加快的加持後，許多美國大型公司，尤其是科技業，近幾個月開始裁員。
