【本報綜合外電報導】儘管性別平等概念逐步抬頭，但一項調查顯示，2022年美國女性的平均薪酬僅男性的82%，這項差距在20年來幾乎沒有縮小，隨著年齡增長，男女薪資差異還逐步擴大。皮尤研究中心（Pew Research Center）日前公布最新男女薪資調查，2022年美國男性每賺取1美元（約新台幣30.5元），女性通常賺取82美分。這與2002年大致相同，當時男性每賺取1美元，女性賺取80美分。不過相較於1982年的女性僅賺取65美分，有相當進展。
