【本報綜合外電報導】巴拉圭公共工程暨通訊部近日發布報告指出，由巴拉圭和巴西打造連接巴西到智利雙洋公路（Rota Bioceânica）上的「雙洋大橋」（Ponte da Bioceânica），施工進度已達43.6%，預計2025年完成，未來將縮短跨國物流時間。巴西新聞網站g1報導，「雙洋大橋」對啟用連接巴西端的大西洋和智利端的太平洋「雙洋公路」至關重要，而巴西西部南馬托格羅索州（Mato Grosso do Sul）的莫爾蒂港未來將作為出口。根據規畫暨物流公司（EPL）預測，這條巨型高速公路可將巴西出口到亞洲的海上路線距離，縮短9700多公里，巴西到中國大陸的貨運時間可減少約12天。
