【記者張哲郢綜合外電報導】男網球王塞爾維亞約克維奇（Novak Djokovic）因沒打疫苗，申請豁免權卡關被拒於美國境外，不只是正在舉行的印地安泉網賽無法參加，就連下周登場的邁阿密公開賽都得退出，讓西班牙「小蠻牛」阿爾卡拉斯（Carlos Alcaraz）有機會搶回球王寶座。

約克維奇至今沒有接種疫苗，2022年就曾因此無法參加澳網與入境美國。
