類風溼關節炎 好發於30∼50歲

【記者陳玲芳台北報導】「我還這麼年輕，怎麼會得到類風溼性關節炎？」四十二歲陳小姐，回顧二十年前，原以為是車禍後遺症導致肌腱炎，服用消炎藥半年未痊癒，進一步檢查才確診為類風溼性關節炎。

陳小姐喜好烘焙，卻因疼痛無法打蛋、揉麵糰，被迫放棄開店夢想。林口長庚風溼過敏科醫師蔡昀臻指出，許多人以為類風溼性關節炎只會發生在長輩身上，其實好發於三十至五十歲青壯年，因初期症狀易誤認成媽媽手、肌腱發炎、腕隧道症候群等職業傷害，因而延誤就醫。
