冬病夏治三伏貼 19歲以下效果尤佳

【記者陳玲芳台北報導】時序入夏，冷氣冰品消暑，卻加重了過敏性疾病的症狀。三伏天，是中醫醫療院所為過敏性疾病、民眾預防感冒提供灸貼的熱門季節。

台北慈濟醫院中醫部主治醫師林亞萱說，過敏氣喘好發於冬季，三伏貼是利用一年之中最炙熱的氣候，此時人體陽氣旺盛之時扶助正氣，「益火之源，以消陰翳」，預防冬季舊病復發，可減緩病症及發作次數，亦即所謂的「冬病夏治」。

北榮傳統醫學部主任龔彥穎說，根據中國大陸報告，貼完三年約有百分之八十的效果，其中以氣喘的咳嗽改善最好。

此外，又以年齡「小於十九歲」的青少年與兒童，效果最佳。今年三伏天為七月十一日、七月二十一日、八月十日。
