八仙塵爆98人訴訟 判賠4億多

【本報台北訊】2015年八仙樂園發生粉塵爆炸，造成15人死亡、400多人輕重傷。消基會代替98名家屬向主辦彩色派對公司負責人呂忠吉、時任八仙公司負責人陳柏廷提告求償26億多元。士林地方法院昨判決玩色創意、瑞博國際、呂忠吉總判賠金額4億588萬餘元。可上訴。

消基會另代替其他337名受害者提起72億多元的團體訴訟案件，仍在士林地方法院審理中，將於5月16日開庭。

此外，士林地檢署迄今已核發八仙塵爆案被害人犯罪被害補償金，取得債權憑證的金額共4億9899萬3916元。
