【本報綜合報導】位在上海黃浦區的星巴克手語店，被譽為「上海最安靜的星巴克」，店內超過半數店員是聽障者，顧客藉手語和平板點餐、交流；假日也會舉行手語教學，吸引不少民眾上門。

目前為止，星巴克在中國大陸共有十二間手語門市。上海的手語門市以「用心聆聽愛的聲音」為主軸，店外的LOGO除了中文與英文外，也加上了手語標誌。

上海手語門市的店經理倩倩表示，目前店內有八名員工，其中五人是聽障者。倩倩提到，在參與門市籌備之初完全不會手語，雖然開業之前有上培訓課程，然而學習的內容有限，反而是在開業之後和聽障店員交流、互動，手語大幅的進步。
