見證148年歷史 鵝鑾鼻燈塔 第4塊關界碑尋獲

【本報屏東訊】一八七五年，清朝向原住民購地，在台灣最南端建造鵝鑾鼻燈塔，當時在周邊四角各立「台灣關地界石碑」，其中三塊二○一六年起陸續被發現，被列「國定重要古物」，第四塊二十一日被當地居民發現，藏身東南方位的荒煙漫草中，到場確認的地方文史工作者念吉成興奮表示，最後一塊拼圖終於補齊，更為一百四十八年前的歷史做見證。

念吉成說，地界碑由來久已，特別是在人煙罕至的土地，或遇雙方有爭執，為保障產權，就要立地界石碑為界，清代海關於台灣設立機關，購置土地設立地界碑，也是由此脈絡；自一九九六年開始，高雄、屏東恆春陸續發現台灣關界石碑，恆春最後一塊台灣關地界碑現身，材質是花崗岩，搭配鵝鑾鼻新發現的史前文化遺址，盼官方規畫「南岬文化園區」，成為文化觀光新亮點。
