巴西11月試推 周休3日

【本報綜合外電報導】巴西將從11月開始測試每周工作4天的可能性，在領取相同薪水條件下，使用80%的時間，保持100%的生產力，以改善員工生活品質。

在英國、美國、西班牙、澳洲等國家試驗後，該模式將由非營利組織「全球每周4天」（4 Day Week Global）與巴西智庫Reconnect｜Happiness at Work合作在巴西進行，透過對每周工作天數的「重新設計」，改善員工生活品質，同時提高公司生產力。

Reconnect創始人、企業幸福專家里維蒂（Renata Rivetti）指出，試驗準備工作將於6月至7月在巴西開始，負責執行計畫的人員將與各公司會面，詳細介紹試點專案的方法、過程和預期結果。

該項計畫已經有300多家公司表示感興趣，從微型企業家到擁有數千名員工的跨國公司，接受度都很高。
