藥物過敏速就醫 可減少後遺症

【本報台南訊】台南市一名四十男子因咳嗽、喉嚨痛到診所就醫，服藥後症狀好轉，但卻出現會癢的疹子且不斷擴散，被診斷為藥物過敏。醫師呼籲民眾，及早就醫可避免產生嚴重後遺症。

醫師表示，藥物過敏或藥物不良反應主要和體質相關，體內免疫系統辨識藥物並產生異常活化反應，就會造成皮疹、發燒、甚至其他臟器損傷，且和藥物劑量較無關聯，通常較無法預期。

皮膚是藥物不良反應最常表現的器官，可以長得像蕁麻疹、血管炎，也可以形成許多水泡或膿皰，症狀統稱為藥物疹，輕則局部腫脹或癢，嚴重則全身破皮黏膜潰爛，若能愈早發現就醫處理，產生嚴重後遺症機率愈低。
