【本報綜合外電報導】許多人習慣把沒喝完的鮮奶放到冰箱門邊保存，不過有專家表示，門邊其實並非最佳位置，因為放在這邊「會縮短牛奶的保質期」。

根據英國《每日郵報》報導，日前英國奶牛業者克萊爾在BBC的早餐節目中表示，「其實冰箱門邊不適合存放鮮奶」，主因是冰箱門旁邊太暖和，把鮮奶放在冰箱門邊很容易導致鮮奶變質腐壞，建議把鮮奶放在「冰箱深處」，那邊的溫度更低溫，會比冰箱門邊更易保存。
