3萬元房貸補貼 第2批10日起撥款

【本報台北訊】內政部推動的「中產以下自用住宅貸款戶支持專案」，第2期合格戶約10萬戶，累計核定逾35萬戶；這次核定戶的3萬元支持金，將在8月10日起，由金融機構陸續撥款。

首批核定25萬1629戶，7月10日起陸續由金融機構撥款，至今已發放25萬1160戶，撥付達成率為99.8%。

「中產以下自用住宅貸款戶支持專案」，6月1日起受理線上申請；借款人資格的基準日，是今年2月28日，合計僅有1筆自用性質購置住宅貸款、持有房屋1戶以內；原始核貸金額，在台北市住宅為850萬元以內、其他縣市700萬元以內；2021年家戶所得合計120萬元以內。經審查符合資格者可獲3萬元定額支持金。這項專案申請期限到今年12月29日下午5時止。
