聽力損傷 微創手術修補耳膜

【記者陳玲芳台北報導】五十三歲蔡女士，因感冒併發中耳炎，感冒雖然治療痊癒，但是中耳炎卻造成左耳耳膜破損，反覆流出分泌物，聽力因此退化，家人朋友跟她講話經常聽不清楚，難以溝通。蔡女士原想觀察看看是否會好轉，可是卻再度感冒，耳朵更痛，分泌物也變得更多。

台北慈濟醫院耳鼻喉科醫師鄭靜雯，評估蔡女士只聽得到五十五分貝的音量，聽力明顯受損（正常聽力為二十五分貝），遂施以「內視鏡微創耳膜修補術」，術後一個月，耳膜已完全修復，三個月後，聽力也進步到二十八分貝，溝通無礙。

鄭靜雯說，耳膜是耳朵的重要構造，僅約一乘一公分大，厚不到一毫米，要是不慎破損，且範圍大於兩成，就會引發傳導性的聽力障礙，若受損不到兩成則不一定會影響聽力。耳膜受損原因，以中耳炎最常見。
