止痛藥每日上限8顆 過量恐傷肝

【記者陳玲芳台北報導】台北市立聯合醫院中興院區藥劑科總藥師柯瑩蓮說，中樞止痛藥含有「乙醯胺酚」，能止痛、退燒，主要是透過肝臟代謝，當它劑量大到肝臟代謝無法負荷時，就會產生中毒現象，一顆普拿疼常見劑量為500mg，建議一般病人1天最多使用8顆，過量恐怕傷肝。

很多民眾習慣自行到藥局買止痛藥來吃，有些還強調止痛加消炎，卻不知止痛藥也分為2大類，亦即「非麻醉性止痛藥」和「麻醉性止痛藥」。

柯瑩蓮表示，含「阿斯匹靈」或「布洛芬」，屬於非類固醇類消炎止痛藥（NSAIDs），有止痛、退燒、消炎作用，是經腎臟代謝，有較高腸胃道出血、消化道潰瘍風險，用藥後引發過敏的比例也比較高，吃多恐怕會造成腸胃道損傷、胃潰瘍，甚至影響腎功能，具慢性腎臟問題或腸胃道高風險群的病人，使用這類藥物，應謹慎小心。
