腦中風血栓溶解劑 健保10月起放寬

【本報台北訊】健保署昨天公布，急性缺血性腦中風病人血栓溶解劑執行時間，從現行「三小時內」延長至「四點五小時內」使用，自十月一日起放寬，估一年約一千六百人受惠，健保支出增加約六千九百萬元。

現行急性缺血性腦中風病人血栓溶解劑rt-PA藥品，規定限病人發作後三小時內使用，健保署醫務管理組長劉林義昨表示，台灣腦中風學會經參考國際實證和臨床指引，在四點五小時內把握腦部再灌流的黃金時間，同樣可改善病人預後，向健保署提出放寬給付規定建議。

急性缺血性腦中風放寬血栓溶解劑及處置執行時間，新制自今年十月一日生效，有效降低死亡率及失能程度，促進身體復原。
