人類尾巴之進化

人類尾巴的演化，是有其進化痕跡的，就算人類祖先從森林出走，不再需要那條在樹枝間攀行及維持身體平衡的尾巴了，但人類胚胎在發育初期，真的還是有尾巴的。人的尾巴，在妊娠期的第31至35天左右最明顯，大小大約為胚胎本身的1/6左右，直到胚胎發育到第9周時，尾巴停止生長，才退化成尾椎骨。
