陸機艦擾台 國軍用油 連3年超支

【本報台北訊】立法院預算中心指出，受共軍擾台行為不斷，戰備油料提升及油價浮動調整等因素影響，國軍2020年至2022年主要油品採購預算，均不敷支用。2023年主要油品採購預算雖已較2022年增列11.75億元，截至今年8月底預算執行率已達95.54%，今年國軍油料採購預算恐不足。

據國防部統計，今年度截至8月底為止，國防部發布偵獲共機已達3147架次、共艦1236艘次，我方需派遣艦艇或空中巡邏兵力應對、進行廣播驅離與防空飛彈追蹤監控，油料耗用大增，國防部近年已不斷提高主要油品採購預算。

預算中心表示，依國防部提供資料，今年度截至8月底，國軍主要油品採購分配預算55億元，執行數67億8074萬2000元，不足數12億8074萬2000元，超支比率達23.29%。
