被CNN評為「世界十二大絕美落日」的墾丁國家公園關山風景區，曾為恆春鎮帶來近千萬元收入，但陸客禁令加上三年疫情後虧損，疫後也未見轉好；鎮公所因此規畫委外經營，盼引入民間企業活化經營方式再現榮景。圖／恆春鎮公所提供
