9月國銀建築貸款餘額 續創新高

【本報台北訊】政府打炒房措施發酵，加上適逢民俗月建商暫緩開工，使建築融資增幅明顯放緩。中央銀行昨公布，9月國銀建築貸款餘額為3兆2349.17億元，續創歷史新高。

但單月增加金額從128.82億元，大幅萎縮至84.91億元，年增率自7.38%跌至6.86%，為近5年的新低水準。

央行官員分析，9月有半個月為民俗月，建商不會選在此時動工興建。

另外，政府一系列打炒房措施持續發酵，包括《平均地權條例》7月1日上路、囤房稅預計明年7月上路等消息，都讓建商推案轉趨觀望。
