10月消費者信心指數 止跌回升

【本報台北訊】國立中央大學台灣經濟發展研究中心昨天發布10月消費者信心指數（CCI）總指數69.06點，與上個月比較上升2.33點，終止連兩跌，且6項指標都上升。

台灣經濟研究中心執行長吳大任表示，總指數顯著上升，主要是內需消費熱絡，缺工帶動服務業者發放獎金留住員工，整體氛圍帶動信心上揚。

吳大任提醒，台灣9月出口雖轉正，但主要來自去年基期因素，且美國經濟表現佳，但家庭債務數據快速攀高，將削弱未來民眾消費能力，加上歐洲及中國大陸經濟都不好，在美、歐、中3大經濟體都有隱憂情況下，台灣出口要走出谷底，還看不到樂觀訊息。

吳大任表示，總指數若上升2點以上就是顯著上升，本次總指數升2.33點，的確是顯著上升。
