【本報台北訊】為杜絕人頭帳戶問題，繼立法院三讀通過《洗錢防制法》修正條文後，法務部日前預告修訂配套辦法，遭裁處告誡之人頭帳戶者，金融帳戶每天轉帳、提領上限各為1萬元。

金融機構對於行為人的金融帳戶，除繳交公用事業費用（水、電、瓦斯）、稅款、罰金、罰鍰、滯納金外，限制每個帳戶的晶片金融卡於ATM每天轉帳、提領金額上限各為1萬元；金融卡消費扣款額度併計。
