入股中嘉踩紅線 三立提改正說明

【本報台北訊】三立集團投資多媒體系統業者中嘉數位，觸及中嘉數位交易案過關時附負擔的紅線。國家通訊傳播委員會（ＮＣＣ）昨天要三立集團、中嘉數位到會報告。ＮＣＣ發言人翁柏宗表示，有委員要求三立限期更正，三立也允諾願意配合主管機關改正，但到底是出售中嘉股權、切割三立新聞台，或以其他方式完成，三立代表表示，要回去與經營階層討論後再提出書面說明。

據了解，三立電視是由財務長兼永興資本代表人林毅南、法務長張明滄、法律顧問陳以晨、三立國際創意董事長特助王琪瑾到ＮＣＣ報告，中嘉董事長郭冠群因人在國外請假。ＮＣＣ官員說，中嘉已來做兩次陳述，後續有疑問會再繼續要中嘉說明。
