半導體業觸底回升 電力景氣 連續4顆黃藍燈

【本報台北訊】台灣綜合研究院昨發布10月電力景氣燈號，已經連續4個月維持代表「轉向」的黃藍燈，隨著製造業庫存明顯改善，以及新興科技應用需求帶動，製造業景氣逐步復甦向上，半導體業也可望觸底回升。

台綜院指出，10月全國產業高壓以上用電量較去年同期成長0.16%，連續2個月產業用電正成長；雖然漲幅收斂，主要是因夏季用電高峰期結束，用電需求減少所致。

台綜院分析，全球經濟復甦步伐緩慢，但通膨與升息效應逐漸削弱，全球經濟與商業活動朝向正軌發展；台灣傳統產業終端需求遲滯，產業景氣處於築底階段，但電子科技業受惠人工智慧（AI）熱潮及年末產業旺季，半導體景氣也初顯好轉，產業開始進入主動回補庫存階段。
