通行費詐騙簡訊 先認有無車號

【本報台北訊】近年來出現國道通行費欠費簡訊通知詐騙，高速公路局說，真正的簡訊通知顯示車號，不會有繳費連結，民眾切勿點擊或操作不明網址連結。

習慣收到通行費帳單再繳費的用路人，高公局表示，可申請利用e-mail接收通行費電子帳單，避免受詐騙訊息干擾，同時兼顧繳費需求及節能減碳政策；另可下載遠通電收ETC App並開啟推播功能，接收最即時正確的官方通知；另繳付通行費前，也可利用ETC App查詢欠費後再進行儲值或繳費。

除了通行費詐騙，刑事局統計，詐騙集團近期也常假扮銀行，利用手機RCS即時通訊寄釣魚簡訊，警方提供詐騙簡訊三特徵呼籲民眾防範：「＋號開頭」、「簡訊夾帶網址連結」、內有「RCS」署名，民眾若收到，可不用理會類似簡訊。
