大火衝擊營運 明揚通報 明年解僱254名員工

【本報台北訊】經濟部產業園區管理局高屏分局管轄明揚公司，今年9月大火造成10死逾百人受傷，衝擊明揚營運。經濟部產業園區管理局昨證實，明揚自11月16日陸續通報大量解僱勞工，計畫在明年3月22日資遣254人，目前已有204人接受資遣。

經濟部產業園區管理局長楊伯耕表示，已要求明揚須提出優於《勞動基準法》的資遣條件，並轉介就業；此外，明揚現有工廠務必做好工安，以保障繼續留任員工的工作安全。

明揚發生大火後，明揚董事長劉安晧允諾將付給員工薪資到年底，並針對員工意願調查提員工安置計畫。
