飯後右上腹痛 當心膽囊炎

【記者王淑芬高雄報導】很多民眾有胃痛的經驗，也多將上腹痛認為是胃潰瘍而服藥。一名中年女性就是因為長時間上腹痛自行服成藥導致膽囊發炎就醫，經醫院診斷是急性結石性膽囊炎，安排腹腔鏡膽囊切除，才改善她的腹痛。

阮綜合醫院消化外科醫師廖凡霆昨日指出，吳女腹痛數星期，自認是胃潰瘍而服用成藥止痛，經診所建議到醫院才確認是膽囊發炎。

醫生指出，由於病患膽囊發炎很嚴重且發病過程長，導致術中膽囊管與總膽管辨識不易，經以ICG顯影幫忙判別出膽囊管與總膽管。

廖凡霆表示，數據顯示，有近一成國人罹患膽結石，且多數人多誤認是胃痛或胃潰瘍。他說，因為民眾飲食及生活習慣改變，使得膽結石情形愈見普遍，其中百分之二十至三十的民眾會有疾病疼痛的症狀。
