【本報綜合外電報導】國際信評機構惠譽（Fitch Ratings）13日表示，中國大陸2024年經濟展望為中性，但中國將繼續面臨外部需求疲軟、房地產行業挑戰和地方政府債務等不利因素。路透等媒體報導，惠譽《2024年大中華區展望》（Greater China Outlook 2024）報告預估，中國大陸國內生產毛額（GDP）成長明年將放緩至4.6%，從今年的略高於5%滑落。根據惠譽，中國大陸可能審慎地推行政策支持，尤其是財政政策，以限制經濟成長下滑風險，然而這樣的支持恐使財政赤字繼續擴大，並對負債率帶來進一步升高的壓力。惠譽報告指出，由於全球科技周期剛好轉，台灣經濟應會逐漸復甦，經濟成長率明年有望達2.8%，高於今年的1.0%。另大陸民政部網站13日公布，2022年底中國65歲及以上老年人口為2億978萬人，65歲及以上老年人口撫養比21.8%。大陸人口結構轉變已成治理挑戰。
