我對陸直接投資 前11月減逾3成

【本報綜合報導】台灣2023年對中國大陸的投資大幅下滑，僅為全台對外直接投資（FDI）的12%，占比是幾十年來最低，台灣對美國和德國的投資則激增。

1至11月，台灣獲得核准的FDI較去年同期增加87%到257億美元（約新台幣7885億元），但對大陸的投資大減34%至29億美元（約新台幣890億元），在總額的占比僅剩12%，遠低於2010年觸頂的84%，連1999年時28%的一半都不到，主要是大陸經濟低迷，以及兩岸日益加劇的緊張關係，台企發現在大陸開展業務變得比較難。

此外，大陸昨天發布2024年進出口稅則，根據《海峽兩岸經濟合作架構協議》（ECFA），原產於台灣的部分進口貨物，除日前宣布終止的相關產品外，參照適用協定稅率實施。相關規定自2024年1月1日起實施。
