民進黨前主席施明德辭世  享壽83歲

民進黨前主席施明德昨凌晨病逝於台北榮民總醫院，享壽83歲。他是台灣從黨外運動到民主化歷程中，最具指標性人物，無畏威權統治與之對抗，一生兩度被依叛亂罪判處無期徒刑。

高階警官183人異動 方仰寧接警專校長

警政署昨公布183名高階警官人事案，警政署警政委員方仰寧接任警專校長，基隆市警察局局長張樹德、彰化縣警察局局長張國雄陞任警政署警政委員，15縣市警局長也異動，預定17日到任交接。
