【本報台北訊】數位部規畫中長期軟體發展計畫，推動台灣軟體產業環境升級以及協助軟體新創邁向資本市場，整合力量打國際賽，初步規畫明年起推動4年。

數位部與數位產業署正跟產業界溝通討論，研擬一個內部稱為「大軟體計畫」的中長期計畫。

知情人士表示，這是台灣產業轉型的重要機會，台灣是島國，有優秀的人才跟堅強的硬體科技為基礎，如果投注資源發展軟體，軟硬並行，非常有發展機會。
